Here's a few pics of my setup. Its a 130XE with a SCSI SyQuest 230MB removable cartridge drive and a SCSI Iomega 100MB Zip drive, along with two 1.44MB floppy drives hijacked from an old PC, and put to much better use. The SCSI interface is called a "Black Box" and is available from CSS, along with an excellent add-on board dubbed the "Floppy Board" which is a floppy-disk controller for modern drives. The 130XE is stock except for an XE Touch keyboard upgrade from Best Electronics to get rid of that mushy feel.
